Head, Human Resources
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Salary: ₦1,000,000 monthly net + Benefits
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior management role overseeing HR functions.
• Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to leverage data for decision-making and strategic planning.
• Experience within a diversified conglomerate or large corporate environment is desirable.
• Willingness to Travel as required
• HR Certification is Mandatory.
