Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, experienced and passionate individual to lead our primary school education program.(Preferably female for gender equality )
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum.
Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to enhance educational outcomes.
Foster positive relationships with parents, addressing their concerns and maintaining open communication.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Education
Master's Degree is an advantage
Working knowledge of the American curriculum.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Requirements:
Enthusiasm for fostering creativity and love for learning in young children.
Effective communication skills with both children and adults.
