JOB DESCRIPTION
Our client is a boutique interior design firm, specializing in high-end commercial and hospitality projects for leading global clients.
ROLE OVERVIEW :
They are looking for a proactive, organized, and resourceful Intern to support dynamic Executives involved in multiple ventures across various industries, with a special interest in Impactful Foundations work.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience working closely with leadership on high-impact projects, while learning the inner workings of business strategy, operations, volunteering and entrepreneurship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the Executive in day-to-day activities across multiple business ventures
Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations
Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support communication with partners and stakeholders
Help organize and manage project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups
Support administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as needed
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all matters.
Experience & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
HND/Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.
Solid experience working in volunteering and foundations is mandatory
Good social media management
Skills & Attributes:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Educational Foundation / NGO (mandatory)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn across various domain.
