Job Summary
A Graduate Trainee is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates to gain practical experience, develop professional skills, and prepare for future roles within a company. To undergo structured training and development, gaining hands-on experience across key departments. The trainee will support day-to-day operations, take on project-based work, and develop competencies required for a permanent position.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:

Participate in company training programs and workshops.
Shadow experienced staff to gain knowledge of company operations.
Complete assigned tasks and projects within deadlines.
Rotate through different departments (if rotational program).
Conduct research and present findings.
Attend meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations.
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Receive and respond positively to feedback and coaching.
