A reputable HMO in LAGOS is urgently recruiting an Officer, Health Services & Claims
Location: Gbagada, LAGOS

About the Role:
An Officer, Health Services & Claims to support the efficient delivery of healthcare benefits and claims management. This role involves vetting medical bills, verifying enrollee eligibility, managing provider relations, and ensuring accurate, compliant claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process medical claims in line with NHIA guidelines.
- Verify enrollee eligibility and benefit coverage.
- Engage with healthcare providers and manage onboarding.
- Identify claim discrepancies and escalate potential fraud.
- Support enrollees with service requests and prescription handling.
- Ensure proper documentation and cross-department coordination.

Requirements:
- Degree in a health-related or relevant field.
- Preferably a Nurse with 2+ years’ experience in HMO claims, provider management, or health services.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Knowledge of NHIA regulations is an advantage.
