Job Vacancy: Farm Manager

We are currently seeking a Farm Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a crop-focused farm located in Agege, Lagos.

Location:
Agege, Lagos State (within Lagos)
Full time (Onsite)

Salary:
Up to ₦200,000 per month (based on experience)

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing crop production activities, supervising farm workers, maintaining farm equipment, and ensuring overall productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all crop production activities
- Manage planting, fertilising, irrigation, pest control, and harvesting
- Supervise and train farm workers
- Monitor crop health and soil conditions
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of farming equipment
- Keep accurate records of production, labour, and input usage
- Implement best agricultural practices for improved yield

Requirements:
- Proven experience in crop production and farm management
- Practical knowledge of planting, crop care, and harvesting techniques
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Minimum of an OND/BSC in Agriculture or related field (preferred)
