Job Role: Architect
Report: MD
Monday – Friday (9:00am – 6:00pm)
Saturdays (10:00am – 4:00 pm) with a one-hour break between the hours of 12:30pm and 2:30pm.

Location: Lagos
Salary: 500k

Job Summary:
To provide assistance to the Managing Director in handling core administrative duties to facilitate smooth operations of the organization, develop architectural drawings as required.

Job Responsibilities:
. Provide administrative assistance such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos,
manage and organize MD’s meetings.
. Ensure timely response to all inquiries within 24hrs of receiving the call/mail.
. Manage MD’s calendar, including appointments and provide update on important
matters .
. Organizing meetings including scheduling, sending reminders, and making arrangement
for catering if required.
. Design and maintain a comprehensive filling system, keeping up to date record of all correspondence (such as client’s information, important messages, project’s update,
meeting notes etc.)
. Accurate knowledge of Company products and services and communicate them to clients or visitors
. Maintain a smart appearance and professional manner along ensuring the best customer
service is delivered to clients.
. Develop interior drawings as required, paying attention to details and ensuring proper
communication with client to deliver on their vision
. Adhere to company policy, procedures, and business code of conduct
. Sales and Marketing of the company’s products and services.
. Build and maintain a high level of product knowledge related to interior design.

Requirements:
. Minimum of a B.Sc in Architecture or any related field
. Must have 2 years experience as an Architect
.Executive Assistant experience is an added advantage
. Interior design Experience is an added advantage
. Must be able to use architectural software such as Autocad, Revit etc
. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
