● Provide updates on order status or delays to customers.
● Maintain proper records of customer interactions and orders.

Requirements
• Previous experience working in an automobile company is a must.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Previous customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Comfortable using a laptop, communication apps, chat systems, and smartphones.
