GDLotto is a leading lottery and gaming company dedicated to delivering seamless services and excellent customer experiences. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide professional support to customers by handling inquiries, complaints, and requests.
• Guide customers through product offerings and assist with transactions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely updates.
• Assist in resolving issues efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role (experience in gaming/lottery is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
