Fleet Management Officer

Currently recruiting for a Fleet Management Officer role
Location: Surulere

Summary:
The Fleet Manager Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating all activities related to the company’s Trucks to ensure efficiency, safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and oversee the daily truck operations.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for vehicles.
- Manage fuel usage, expenses, and overall fleet budget.
- Maintain Truck records, reports, and documentation.
- Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines.
- Monitor Truck performance
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and regulatory authorities as required

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ proven experience in fleet/truck management or logistics.
- Preferably a Female for gender balance
- Knowledge of truck maintenance and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in fleet management software and tracking systems.
