Alpha-CX is hiring a Customer Technical Support Representative to join our remote team. If you’re passionate about customer service, skilled in troubleshooting, and confident with technology, this role is for you. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent support while thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Deliver technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems and improve customer experience

Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery


Requirements

Fluency in English (written and spoken) with a neutral or American accent

Prior experience in Technical Support (mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of technology and customer service tools
